Terms & Conditions

Welcome to KŌR Studio. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, your booking of classes, and your participation in sessions at our studio in Illetas, Mallorca. By booking a class or purchasing a package, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

KŌR Studio is a boutique Lagree Pilates reformer studio operated by Raz Halevi (autónomo), Tax ID Y4284196T, with registered address at Passeig Illetes, 4, 07181 Cas Català-Illetes, Illes Balears, Spain. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean KŌR Studio. References to "you" mean any individual who books, purchases, or attends a class.

2. Bookings & payment

All classes must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system. Payment is required at the time of booking and is processed securely via Stripe in euros (EUR).

Single sessions and class packages are available at the rates published on our website. Prices may be updated from time to time; the rate displayed at the point of purchase is the rate you pay.

3. Class packages & expiry

Class packages are valid for a set period from the date of purchase, as follows:

Unused credits expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be extended, transferred between clients, or refunded except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

4. Resident discount

Local residents may be eligible for a discounted rate, applied via a unique coupon code at checkout. Proof of residency may be requested. The discount cannot be combined with other offers and is non-transferable.

5. Cancellation & rescheduling

We operate a strict cancellation policy to ensure fair access for all clients:

• Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours before your class will return the credit to your account in full.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your class will forfeit the credit in full.
• No-shows forfeit the full class credit. No refunds to the original payment method will be issued for missed classes.

We recommend cancelling as early as possible to allow other clients on the waitlist to attend.

6. Refund policy

All packages and single sessions are non-refundable to the original payment method. Where a refund is granted at our discretion (for example, in cases of serious injury or medical issue, supported by documentation), the amount will be returned as studio credit only, valid for use against future classes.

Packages and credits are not transferable to another person.

7. Right of withdrawal under Spanish consumer law

Under Spanish consumer law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), consumers normally have a right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days. However, in accordance with Article 103(a) of the same law, this right does not apply once the service has begun, with the consumer's express prior consent and acknowledgment that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

By booking and attending your first class, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of services and acknowledge that you forfeit your right of withdrawal in relation to any sessions used. Unused credits within the validity period remain subject to the refund and cancellation rules above.

8. Health & safety

Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact workout. You participate at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit to take part. By booking, you confirm that:

• You have considered your own health status and, where relevant, sought advice from a qualified medical professional before participating — particularly if you have any condition, injury, or are pregnant or postpartum.
• You will inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns before the start of your class.
• You accept full responsibility for your wellbeing during sessions.

KŌR Studio accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage sustained during a class, except where caused by our proven negligence and to the extent required by Spanish law.

9. Minimum age

Classes are open to clients aged 13 years and over. Minors aged 13 to 17 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian, who accepts responsibility for the minor's participation and confirms the minor is medically fit to take part. We may request proof of age or guardian consent at any time.

10. Studio etiquette

To preserve the atmosphere and safety of the studio, we ask that all clients:

• Arrive 5–10 minutes before class
• Wear grip socks (available at the studio if needed)
• Keep mobile phones on silent and out of the workout area
• Treat the equipment, the space, and other clients with respect

Late arrivals may not be admitted, at the instructor's discretion, to avoid disruption and ensure safety. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove clients whose behaviour disrupts other guests or compromises safety.

11. Personal belongings

KŌR Studio is not responsible for any personal items lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises. We recommend leaving valuables at home or keeping them with you during class.

12. Photography & media

From time to time we may photograph or film at the studio for marketing purposes. We will always seek your consent before using identifiable images of you. If you would prefer not to be photographed, please let us know in advance.

13. Website use

The content of this website — including text, images, and branding — is the property of Raz Halevi / KŌR Studio and may not be reproduced without our written permission. We make reasonable efforts to ensure information on the site is accurate but accept no liability for errors or omissions.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain, except where mandatory consumer law dictates otherwise.
