What is Lagree?

Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact workout method performed on a specialised machine called The Mini Pro Reformer. While it shares roots with traditional Pilates, Lagree is designed to push your muscles to their limits in a safe and controlled way. Every movement is slow, precise, and resistance-based, keeping your muscles under constant tension from start to finish. The result is a workout that builds strength, sculpts lean muscle, and improves endurance without the jarring impact of traditional cardio or heavy lifting. It's efficient, effective, and entirely focused on results.

What to Expect

Lagree combines the precision of Pilates with the intensity of strength training to create a workout that is both challenging and controlled. Every movement is performed slowly, keeping muscles under constant tension for maximum results. Classes are 45 minutes long, high intensity, and low impact—designed to build strength, endurance, and deep core stability while remaining gentle on the joints. The Lagree Mini-Pro

Our studio is equipped with the Lagree Mini Pro, a commercial-grade machine designed for both studio and private training. Larger and more versatile than the original Mini, it offers increased space for advanced Lagree movements and a longer carriage to comfortably support taller users. The Mini Pro delivers low-impact, high-intensity workouts that build strength, endurance, and core stability while improving balance and flexibility: all with the precision and control Lagree is known for.

Founder & Instructor at KŌR. Raz brings precision, care and deep passion for the Lagree method to every session. His approach is grounded, focused, and always centred on connection, to the body, to the breath, and to the work itself.

With over 10 years of training experience, from bodybuilding and CrossFit to calisthenics, Raz discovered Lagree a few years ago and hasn't looked back. The precision, the control, and the endless possibilities it unlocked felt unlike anything he had encountered before. His approach to training is a reflection of everything he has learned and lived: a unique method built for real, lasting results.
